Seeing that about a 1/3 of guys endure man boobs I just thought Id ask out loud if anybody understands the diet to lose man boobs.

Ive read that theres two types of moobs. Gynecomastia which wants surgery and just body fat but how can you tell the difference?

This blog appears to recieve a large ammount of visitors. How do you advertise it? It offers a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to talk about is the most important factor.
